About

From finger painting as a young child in her family home to discovering a deeper and more complex passion for creating, art has become a means for Charlotte to reclaim her sense of being and find herself as a young woman.

Charlotte’s creative practice is guided by intuition, sensitivity, and close attention to emotional states. She works slowly and deliberately, allowing time, reflection, and lived experience to shape and guide her processes. For her, being an artist is not about producing outcomes quickly and ‘perfectly’, but about remaining present and letting the process of creating be just as important as the final works.

From a young age, she has been interested in how personal experiences shape the way we navigate through the world, and how art can hold complexity without needing to resolve it.

Her approach values honesty over polish, softness over certainty, and vulnerability as a form of strength.
