HOW IT WORKS (Please read before submitting your request)*
Quote
Once I have reviewed your request and been in contact with you regarding your vision, I will provide you with a quote and an estimated timeline of creation. Pricing all depends on sizing and duration of production. Common canvas sizes I can easily source are: 30x30in, 40x40in, 40x30in, 20x16in, 24x20in. If you have another size in mind, please include your ideal size in the form, and I can arrange custom canvases; this will result in increased cost.
Deposit
I require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your commission piece and cover material costs.
Creation Process
As I begin creating your piece, I will send you photo updates throughout the process to make sure we are on the same page. When I send you updates, please provide any concerns or if you wish to change or add anything.
Final Payment
Once I have finished your piece, I will contact you with a final photo of the piece for your approval. Once approved, I require the remaining 50% payment before I deliver your piece.
Delivery
As per my delivery process, I am only providing local pickup or delivery. If you are not local, please let me know in the form so we can discuss further.
