Shore Break

$1,800.00

From the Artist…

‘Shore Break originated with a beach photograph my mother took, which I later cropped to highlight a brief, passing moment. To create an atmosphere of calm within energy, the scene was scaled back and slowed down.

The water embodies three women who are all connected yet distant. Their presence feels generational, characterised by separation, posture, and period of time spent in a particular spot rather than by age. Steady and restless, the water encompasses them, holding together both what is shared and what is not.’
